Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Box.

For any orders to the United States, there is a flat rate of $17 for shipping. Additional shipping charges will apply to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments will be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

For over sized items, a $20 additional shipping charges may apply to certain remote areas due to limited delivery service. A note will be made on the product description section if it is applicable.

Shipping Timeline

All products will be shipped from Vancouver, BC via Canada Post expedited with tracking and delivery confirmation. Our goal is to ship your order within 2 days of receiving the order. Orders received on Fridays and weekends will be shipped on the following Mondays. Your orders will be well wrapped and shipped to the provided address. Please ensure the correct mailing address is entered to avoid disappointment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number once the products have been sent.

It normally takes about 3 to 5 business days to ship to the Prairie Provinces , and about 4 to 9 business days to east. For Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island, or New Brunswick, it may take up to 13 business days.

Express Shipping

Please kindly advise the expectation date on the “Order Comments” on the check out page. We will send you a link for additional postage after checking with the Canada Post. Once the payment is received, your products will be shipped.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we only serve customers in Canada and United States. We are unable to accept international orders.

Local Pick up

We are located at Oakridge Vancouver and offer free pickup at the following locations:

1) Oakridge Mall White Spot (650 West 41st Ave.)
2) Kerrisdale London Drugs (2091 W 42nd Ave.)
3) T&T Supermarket (458 S.W. Marine Dr.)

Pick up options are available upon Checkout. We will email you to arrange a pickup date and time when your order is received.

Packaging

We are an eco-friendly company that actively promotes maximal recycling. Therefore, the parcels you receive from us might be packed with used but clean packaging material. We appreciate your support to reduce waste and build a better future together.

Sales Tax

As a small business, we decide not to register for GST/HST until we meet the mandatory revenue target. Currently sales tax is accounted for in our operational cost.

Therefore, the listed prices at our store are the prices you will pay for the item (plus shipping cost). In other words, all our items are 5 -15% off comparing to other stores in Canada. It is our way to express appreciation for choosing our store. We hope your baby and our store will grow healthy together!

Gift Wrapping

We offer free gift wrapping service. All gifts will be wrapped in colorful tissue paper and sealed with our special sticker. We will also include a small Happy Baby Daily Needs card stating the sender, receiver of the gift and your message (1-3 sentences). Please kindly include your message on the “Order Comments” on the check out page if it is a gift purchase.

Order Changes & Cancellations

From the time of purchase, you have 24 hours to send an email to sales@happybabydailyneeds.com to make changes or cancel the order. Please note that your order is not cancelled or amended unless we send a confirmation email upon your request. Please kindly bear in mind that we are committed to ship all orders within 2 days and unable to adjust or cancel an order once the products have been dispatched. Please refer to our returns policy for information on returning or exchanging that items that you have ordered.

Return and Exchanges Policy

Happy Baby Daily Needs hopes you will love the products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to accept returns or exchanges. Please email us first at sales@happybabydailyneeds.com with your name, shipping address and reason of returning to receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number before shipping the items back. Please note that purchasers are responsible for the cost of returning items to Happy Baby Daily Needs.

Please note that as our courtesy to customers, we offer flat shipping rate and free shipping on purchases over $75 for Canadian orders. Return shipping cost might be significantly more than the original fee you paid.

No refunds or exchanges will be processed without a Return Authorization (RA) Number. All items must be in saleable condition, no sign of use/ wearing, clean and unwashed with original packaging within 25 days from date of purchase for a refund or exchange, excluding shipping fees. For local pick up customers, returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of your items.

Happy Baby Daily Needs reserves the right to determine whether or not an item returned is in its unused original condition.

Items must be sent back to Happy Baby Daily Needs via an insured method with a tracking number and the customer is responsible to email us the tracking number once the items are sent. The purchaser is responsible for the actual shipping fees (each way) on all returns and exchanges. Including any returned items that were offered with free shipping will have the cost of shipping deducted from the refund. We do not accept any returns via Collect on Delivery (COD).

We will process your refund/ exchange within 3 days after receiving the items if they meet the above saleable condition. An email will be sent for our acknowledgment of your return.

For safety, health and hygienic reasons, no exchanges or returns will be accepted for the below products, but are not limited to:

  • bathing and grooming products
  • cloth/ swim diapers, potty training products and accessories
  • feeding items and accessories
  • pacifiers and teethers
  • personal care products

In addition, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns on all purchases of sale and drop ship items.
